We, the Undersigned, call on our elected Senator and State Representative, to eliminate mail-in and drop-box voting in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as it has seriously undermined the integrity of our electoral process; and Whereas, the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania found that ACT 77 to be unconstitutional; we, residents of Pennsylvania, do hereby demand that the Pennsylvania state legislature immediately return the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to in-person voting on election day, with the exceptions as noted in the Pennsylvania election code prior to Act77; and furthermore, do hereby demand that the Pennsylvania state legislature legislate an election integrity law requiring photo identification , proof of US citizenship, proof of State residency and hard copy ballots.
